1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SIDELN ("Service", "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

Use of SIDELN by individuals under 18 years of age requires explicit authorization from parents or legal guardians, who assume full responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.

2. Description of Service

SIDELN is a digital platform for flag football coaches and teams, enabling real-time play logging, automatic field position calculation, game statistics analysis, live game sharing, athlete management, and YouTube video integration.

The Service is provided by C C F PEREIRA TECNOLOGIAS, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 19.922.975/0001-03 ("SIDELN", "we", "us").

3. Account Registration

Access to SIDELN requires authentication via a Google account (OAuth). By logging in, you authorize SIDELN to access your name, email address, and profile photo provided by Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities carried out through it. Notify us immediately at farias.claudiac@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Minors

SIDELN is not intended for direct use by children under 13 years of age. Athletes between 13 and 17 years old may be registered on the platform by the team administrator with prior consent from the athlete's parents or legal guardians.

By registering a minor athlete, the team administrator confirms they have obtained the necessary authorization from the athlete's parents or legal guardians.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SIDELN to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Post false, defamatory, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization;
  • Perform reverse engineering, scraping, or any automated data extraction;
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or overload its infrastructure.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you insert into SIDELN (plays, notes, linked videos, comments). By inserting content, you grant SIDELN a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

YouTube videos linked to SIDELN remain subject to YouTube/Google's terms of service. SIDELN does not host videos — it only stores timestamp references.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, design, trademarks, logos, and other elements of SIDELN are the property of C C F PEREIRA TECNOLOGIAS or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Plans and Payments

SIDELN is currently offered free of charge. Paid plans with additional features may be introduced in the future. Any changes to the billing policy will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and continued use of the Service after that period will constitute acceptance of the new conditions.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

SIDELN is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIDELN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing farias.claudiac@gmail.com. After deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

SIDELN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Jacareí, State of SP, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
